As of this morning, Siena’s own Ronald Moore leads the nation in assists per game (APG), currently standing at 8.6. Moore is leading the popular John Wall of Kentuky by nearly a full point (7.7). Moore added 6 assists to his total last night, and 11 against UAlbany, the third time this season he’s been in double digits in that category.

What a great team player, and a great story. I don’t care who he’s up against, he really deserves serious consideration for the Cousy Award, which Ty Lawson won last year.
