Alex Franklin Named MAAC Co-Player of the Week

Senior Alex Franklin takes Siena’s first weekly honor this year as MAAC Co-Player of the Week, sharing the award with Loyola Senior Brett Harvey.

Franklin (Reading, PA) scored 22 points on 9 of 13 shooting and nabbed 11 rebounds in Siena’s dominant 84-62 win over Rider on December 23rd.

Harvey scored nine of his game-high 25 in the final 3:48 of Loyola’s 72-67 upset over Indiana.

Franklin currently ranks 2nd in the MAAC in Field Goal percentage (61.2%).
